"It's up to you, New York, New York!"

So, I'm finally back in my city! I am so happy to hear the cars outside my window again! It was a fun Labor Day weekend, and tomorrow it's back to the books. I'm so glad I don't have class until four, though. Anyhoo, it's a short week this week so it should be good. Ta-ta for now, loves!

"I wouldn't change one second of our life together."

So, I finally saw The Time Traveler's Wife today and it was beyond amazing! Rachel McAdams and Eric Bana were so great as Clare and Henry. It really did the book justice and I think everyone should see it. The previews were also amazing. I have so many movies i absolutely have to see. The Lovely Bones looks great, but I really want to read the book first. New York, I Love You, Amelia, Coco Before Chanel, and Taking Woodstock are definitely on my must-see list as well! Anyways, I also had my uncle's picnic today so I got to see my girls! It ws so much fun! Well, tomorrow it's back to NYC for me...yay! I miss my city already! Ta-ta for now, loves!

Under the sea.

So, today I went to the beach for the last time this summer. I know. I almost cried too. It's so sad that summer's officially over! It went by so quickly this year! Anyhoo, it was really fun and I had a blast with Meesh and her BFF. I finally found some seashells too! I was so excited! So, tomorrow I'm finally going to see The Time Traveler's Wife and I'm excited. I hope it's half as good as the book was. I also have my uncle's picnic so I'll get to see my girls! Okay, well, I can barely keep my eyes open so I guess it's ta-ta for now, loves.

Delivery...

So, I'm sitting in my room waiting for a package. I can' leave until it gets here. It better get here soon because I dread taking a rush hour train. Anyways, I'm packing and then hopefully my BFF will not get so much work so we can go to Juicy. I really need that big tote bag. I'm kinda hungry too so I'm gonna go get some lunch while I'm waiting. Au revoir, loves!

Am I really that dumb?

Don't answer that. But, not that I'm complaining, but I don't think I should be this low in math. Today we literally learned about even, odd, and prime numbers. I took pre-calc last semester! I kind of don't mind it though because it's an easy class and we don't get a lot of work, but it kind of ticks me off that it offers no credits. So, I will have to take an extra class next semester, which would be statistics. I'm not looking forward to that at all! But, anyways, I am officially done for the week and Monday is Labor Day so we have off! I'm going home and I am looking forward to my momma's oven fried chicken parmagiana, seeing my girls, and going to the beach with Meesh! Ta-ta for now, my lovelies!

P.S.- My fashion class this morning was soooo fun! Our teacher is really nice, she's worked in the business for a long time, and we get to do a presentation on a designer! I am so looking forward to that!

P.P.S.- Miss KC is back in NYC so hopefully I will spot her sooner or later! I'll keep you guys posted!

I have not seen the city for three days and I live in it.

I know I shouldn't be complaining, but I've had so much work this week and it's beginning to pile up already! I just want to explore my city! It's so frustrating because all day I can hear the people and the cars but I never SEE any of it! Hopefully I get it all done really soon because I really want to walk on the Bridge, window shop on Fifth, brave the subway, and get some Starbucks!

Twenty-two... twenty-three...

Happy birthday to you,
Happy birthday to you,
Happy birthday dear Spencer,
Happy birthday to you!

*and belated, but not forgotten*

Happy birthday to you,
Happy birthday to you,
Happy birthday dear Ryan,
Happy birthday to you!

So, aside from two very important birthdays, this week has been jam-packed for me! I started classes on Monday and they are not as bad as I thought they would be. Don't get me wrong, there is a lot of work involved, but they are actually fun! I love my English class because there is a lot of creative writing involved, which I adore! My math class makes me feel like I am back in grade school because it is a refresher course on long division, long multiplication, long subtraction, and long addition... without the use of a calculator. Duh-duh-duh! No, but it's not bad. And I absolutely love my core classes about fashion and advertising! They are so fun! Let's hope I feel the same way next week! Au revoir, loves!
